Do you have a teen or young adult struggling with weight gain, motivation to exercise, and who wants to cultivate a positive mindset and healthy lifestyle? This session will inform parents and caregivers of teens and young adults who are stressed from feeling like they can't find time to exercise and who are tired of trying to lose weight or feeling like they are stuck in a lose-gain cycle.

NESCA’s Health & Life Coach Billy Demiri will explain how he can support those who are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and exhausted by teaching them how to lose unwanted weight, get strong, and feel energized and confident in their body in a way that is easy, fun, and sustainable. The Health & Life Coaching program at NESCA is designed to help people make breakthroughs in ways they haven't done before by working on habits, behaviors, beliefs, and identifying ways to create changes that last – all while learning a new set of skills to help them achieve any goal they set their mind to.
